Flexible Spending Accounts

December 28, 2015

Don’t let your FSA dollars go to waste.

Olo Acupuncture takes both FSA and HSA dollars. See below for more information.

What are FSAs and HSAs?

Both flexible spending accounts (FSA) and health savings accounts (HSA) are programs that allow you to set aside pre-tax money for specific healthcare expenses. Check with your employer or insurance company if you’re unsure whether or not you have an FSA or HSA.

What can I purchase with my FSA or HSA?

Olo Acupuncture accepts FSA and HSA dollars as long as your card is affiliated with a major credit card, which generally means it has a Visa or MasterCard logo on the front. If it does, you can use your FSA or HSA card as you would any other credit card.

If you want to use your FSA or HSA card to pay for a portion of your purchase and apply the remaining balance to a different card, please call us during clinic hours at (212) 595-3432 and we’ll be happy to help set that up.

What’s the best way to purchase?

You can use your FSA or HSA card for puchases on our mobile app, our website's scheduling cart, or through our MindBody Online store. You can also visit or call the clinic during business hours. (Please note that to purchase our return acupuncture package online you must use the MindBody Online store. Click on the packages tab).

2015 Cut-off dates to purchase:

  • Online: Wednesday, December 31 at 11:59 p.m. ET
  • At the clinic or by phone: Thursday, December 31 at 3:00 p.m. ET

*It is always a good idea to check with your FSA or HSA provider to make sure your purchase is covered.
