Dear Patients,

Olo is expanding! We’ve taken on suite 1002 next door and will be combining and renovating in two phases. During phase one, our private room will be closed and we will be seeing two patients simultaneously in the community room. Almost like old times!

We feel confident that we can keep everyone safe because:

• The community room is large–we used to see nine patients at a time–and airy with about 450 square feet and tall ceilings.
• Patients will be located at opposite sides of the room, more than 10 feet apart.
• There is significant air movement and filtration.
• All patients and staff will continue to be masked at all times. 
• We will continue to rigorously clean between each patient.
  

To date there have been no known cases or exposures at Olo and we endeavor to keep it that way. That said, we know that this type of arrangement is not for everyone and we do apologize for any inconvenience. Please reach out with any questions or concerns. 

We expect phase one to be completed sometime in December, and we will announce our plans for phase 2 as we get closer to that time.
